As emotional beings, forgiveness is one of the most powerfull things we have; for ourselves and others. Yet it is also one of the absolute hardest concepts to get in touch with. Forgive, do not forget, but accept. And with forgiveness harbor no ill will but demand change in those you forgive.

Trying to convince someone of love doesn't seem to work. To say it a thousand times without showing it a thousand times is wasted. Sometimes you must show it a thousand times for every one time you say it. I guess it takes someone like me to see this fact as something.. almost.. well.. sad.

How we deal with people is the most profound thing we have. Self discovery is important. Even Psychology and its blurry ramblings, is important. A boy sees his father rape his mother. He hides, trying to block it out. Do you believe the boy will succeed in running from his past? Those who run from their past are doomed by it. He will repeat his father's faults. Human minds, human nature.. We absorb events in life, absorb feeling.. pain.. In the back of our minds, these feelings jumble, regardless of what we want them to do.. If we as people don't deal with the events in our mind, our subconscious grabs a hold of our pattern of thought and makes a mockery of human will. We must know man for what he really is.. And pay respects to the deep fathoms and complexities of humanity. Or watch as our society crumbles from the inside.
